Whether you have a clear vision or need guidance to unearth your unique style, we offer a jewellery design experience to create a custom piece you’ll cherish forever.

Stage 1: Meet our award-winning jeweller and gemmologist, Laura, in person at our Adelaide studio or virtually to begin your custom journey.

Stage 2: We’ll work closely to develop the bespoke design you’ve dreamed of – whether that includes reimagining an heirloom or creating an entirely new piece.

Stage 3: If you choose to incorporate new stones in your piece, our gemmologist will source ethical options for you to choose from.

Stage 4: We’ll handcraft your bespoke piece right in our Adelaide studio using traditional artisan techniques.

Stage 5: Your bespoke vision will be ready for collection.

On average, our bespoke pieces take four to six weeks to manufacture once the design is finalised and the stones have been sourced. 

Every custom treasure is unique, so we encourage clients with a specific date in mind to mention this to us as soon as possible – we’ll always do our utmost to accommodate your request.

The easiest and most reliable way to measure your ring size is to pop into our Adelaide studio for a complementary ring sizing. We can also discreetly measure your partner’s ring size using a piece worn by them. 

We encourage our interstate clients to visit a local jeweller for sizing. Alternatively, you can order our ring sizer here to measure your ring size from the comfort of your home.

Yes! We’re committed to responsibility sourcing diamonds and gemstones with consideration of realistic budgets, personal preferences, and practical use of stones. 

We work with a trusted network of like-minded suppliers who are committed to ethical sustainable practices to source lab grown diamonds, and will usually present several options for you to choose from.

Absolutely! We’re advocates for the upcycling of gemstones and precious metals from heirloom jewellery, and cherish the opportunity to incorporate your loved ones’ memory into your wedding ring.

Of course! By only holding a small stock range, we custom manufacture all of our pieces to accommodate endless changes and personalisation of metals, stones, design and budget.

Absolutely! Technology allows for a truly immersive experience remotely – via email, telephone or video chat.

As an Australian business, we work with a trusted network of like-minded suppliers committed to ethical and sustainable practices, sourcing both locally and internationally when required.

We generally provide several options for you to view and select from.

Every purchase over $2,000 from our Ezara original collection or bespoke piece is supplied with a complimentary independent insurance valuation detailing stone weights, metals, and manufacturing details.

We recommend taking out insurance on your Ezara using a trusted service called Q-Report.

Q Report provides cover both inside and outside your home. You will be insured for damage, theft or even loss. It’s an agreed value policy with many more features and benefits, including the ability to return to us as your preferred jeweller for replacement or repair.
