Every piece of jewellery from Ezara Fine Jewellery is carefully handmade to the highest standards. Our warranty covers all manufacturing faults on a piece for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase and if a manufacturing fault is found this will be repaired at no cost to you.

All other damage/wear including everyday wear and tear, damage to diamonds/gemstones or other forms of damage are not covered by our warranty. Wear and tear is not considered a fault and as such is not covered by our warranty.

Please note that if any other jeweller undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing, repairs or alterations this warranty will be voided. We strongly recommend returning to us for any repairs and resizes. We do not take any responsibility for repairs or resizes undertaken by other jewellers.
This warranty is for the original owner of the piece and is not transferrable.
We advise you to visit your local jeweller to have your fingers professionally sized. Due to the nature of gift giving and engagements we offer 1 complimentary resize on all pieces over $2000 within 2 sizes of the original finger size during a one month period from purchase.
Any returns for resizing after 1 month will be charged accordingly and within reason.
