At Ezara, our engagement ring design process is deeply personalised. Our resident jewellery designer and gemologist Laura will work with you every step of the way to bring your unique vision to life.

Whether you’re set on a modern classic, or a completely bespoke design, we’ll help you select a diamond or coloured gemstone as extraordinary as your story.

Our bespoke engagement ring process

Whether you have a clear vision or need guidance unearthing an engagement ring that represents your love, we offer a jewellery design experience to create a ring you’ll treasure forever.

From your complimentary consultation to designing your custom engagement ring, our award-winning jeweller and gemmologist Laura will be with you every step of the way.

Stage 1: We’ll meet in person at our Adelaide studio (or virtually) to lay the groundwork for your custom piece.

Stage 2: We’ll continuously collaborate to develop the bespoke design you’ve been dreaming of.

Stage 3: Our experienced gemmologist will source a selection of stones from our network of ethical suppliers for you to choose from.

Stage 4: We’ll handcraft your bespoke piece right in our Adelaide studio using traditional artisan techniques.

Stage 5: Your bespoke vision will be ready for collection.

Bespoke engagement rings (also known as custom engagement rings) are completely unique pieces of jewellery that are only created once, and are tailored to a specific person’s life and love story. 

At Ezara, we offer a personalised design experience to create bespoke engagement rings inspired by your love and handcrafted for your routines and rituals. You can learn more about our custom engagement ring process here

On average, our custom engagement rings take four to six weeks to manufacture once the design is finalised and the stones have been sourced.

Every bespoke engagement ring is unique, so we encourage clients with a specific date in mind to mention this to us as soon as possible – we’ll always do our utmost to accommodate your request.

The easiest and most reliable way to measure your ring size is to pop into our Adelaide studio for a complementary ring sizing. We can also discreetly measure your partner’s ring size using a piece worn by them.

We encourage our interstate clients to visit a local jeweller for sizing. Alternatively, you can order our ring sizer to measure your ring size from the comfort of your home.

Yes! We’re committed to responsibly sourcing diamonds and gemstones with consideration of realistic budgets, personal preferences, and practical use of stones.

We work with a trusted network of like-minded suppliers who use sustainable practices to source lab grown diamonds, and will usually present several options for you to choose from.
